We ship live fish across Canada.

Free Shipping

Orders over $250 CAD ship free within Canada. Shipping on other orders is calculated at checkout.

How We Ship Live Fish

• Fish are packed in insulated boxes with oxygenated bags, and heat or cold packs when the weather calls for it.
• Orders ship express to keep transit time as short as possible.
• We may hold a shipment during extreme weather to protect your fish — we'll contact you if your order is delayed.

On Delivery Day

Please make sure someone is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt and acclimate your fish promptly. Our Live Arrival Guarantee requires claims within 1 hour of delivery, with the fish still in the unopened bag.
