The Betta Albimarginata, commonly known as the Strawberry Betta or Coccina Complex Betta, is a stunning dwarf wild betta native to the blackwater streams of Borneo. Unlike their more common cousins, these fish are mouthbrooders — the male carefully carries and guards the eggs until they hatch, making them a fascinating species to observe.
This listing is for a bonded male/female pair, ideal for a dedicated species tank or a well-planted biotope setup.
- Origin: Borneo (Indonesia/Malaysia)
