Blackworms (Lumbriculus variegatus) are one of the most nutritious live foods you can offer your fish. Rich in protein and essential fatty acids, they trigger natural feeding responses and are eagerly accepted by a wide range of freshwater species — from bettas and cichlids to loaches and small predatory fish.
